What Bible Verse Speaks Into Your Life?

Do you have a favorite Bible verse, one that has brought you through difficulty? One that speaks truth in the midst of life's lies?

Will you share your story with us?

I know it will encourage me and others!

One of my favorites is Psalm 57:2 which says, God will accomplish everything that concerns me.

Not a few things. Not just some things.

Everything!

I can't tell you how many times I have clung to that hope - God's promise.

In the midst of illness.

Family troubles.

Death of family members.

Medical procedures.

Everything.

How about you? What verse do you cling to?
Often, these "markers" remind us of God's provision and goodness. They're our memorial stones to be shared with others along the faith journey.

  1. Ephesians 2:10 has given me a solid foundation of self-worth, I am God's workmanship! and a freedom in ministry, the good works He wants me to accomplish have already been established. My story has been written by the master Author and as I follow Him He will reveal it to me. I don't serve Him to win His love, He already gave me that when Christ died for me but the good works I do show my love for Him and bring Him glory. Realizing these truths has brought me a lot of peace in my life.

  2. Ephesians 2:10 is a favorite also. There are so many wonderful words He speaks into our lives. Amen and amen. Thanks for sharing, Jane!
So, as I sit here working on this book project, I know I need to call on His wisdom to see it as part of His workmanship in me. I know He can show me what it should look like!!!!
